Jake Delsandro has always had a fascination and interest in the real estate market perhaps because it often came up in conversation with his longtime friend, Marsha Marsh. As he learned more about the industry and all the exciting opportunities, Jake made the decision to pursue his license in real estate.

It wasn’t long after Jake successfully became a licensed agent that he joined Marsha Marsh Real Estate Services. As an Erie native, his familiarity of the area in addition to his strong connection with the Marsh family helped him make a seamless transition as an up and coming agent.

Jake’s primary career focus is his teaching position at _____ but as an ambitious and hardworking individual, he enjoys the challenge of juggling two jobs. As a part-time real estate agent, Jake is able to offer his clients as much attention and service as would a full-time agent by keeping a manageable amount of clients at one time.

Jake prefers to think of real estate as a service to people, not as a salesman job. He enjoys helping people find a home they really love and are excited to purchase and he takes great satisfaction in seeing the joy on someone’s face after they find the perfect home.

Jake is a graduate of Allegheny College and resides in Erie with his wife Nikki and their two children. As a family, they enjoy sports, camping, nature and being members of the zoo and Asbury Woods.
