Tricia was born and raised in Wheeling, West Virginia. She graduated with honors from West Virginia University where she received her bachelor’s degree in business administration. She later went on to become a certified public accountant.

After relocating to Erie, Tricia served as a financial planner and later Director of Retail Sales for the Erie/Western New York unit of the Pepsi Bottling Group. Her professional career also included working as a business manager for the Greater Erie Auto Auction as well as an audit manager for KPMG in Pittsburgh. She is currently the chief financial officer of Troyer, Inc. in Waterford.

In 2005, Tricia developed a profound interest in real estate and investment properties. She took the necessary real estate classes and later gained her REALTOR® license. She didn’t actively participate in the real estate market until several years later when Troyer, Inc. began purchasing various properties. Today, she manages 70 plus properties in Florida and nearly ten investment properties in Erie.

With a strong financial background coupled with her investment property experience, Tricia’s real estate focus is helping individuals and businesses make wise decisions in regard to investment properties. She is also an accomplished residential real estate agent and she’s a fierce negotiator.

Tricia and her husband Mark live in Erie with their combined 5 children, Gavin, Luke, Taylor, Dawson and Ashton. The kids are active in dance and sports which means Tricia is always busy driving them to various events while supporting them all the way. When time permits, she enjoys traveling, especially to Siesta Key in Florida.
