Terry has been a licensed REALTOR® for over three years. She enjoys helping people find the perfect home or sell their current one. She joined the Marsha Marsh Real Estate Services team after speaking to Marsha herself. She realized Marsha, and later four family members also in the business, possessed the one characteristic she values above all - integrity. Always doing the right thing and putting others first were concepts she was used to. Prior to real estate, Terry worked for a local custom builder for 18+ years designing everything from kitchens and bathrooms to full living spaces, major additions and even wine cellars. Her love for homes and architecture led her to the world of real estate, something she always entertained doing once her children were grown. Her career as a REALTOR® is a natural extension from her previous career in architectural design. Her well-honed ability to identify quality construction, good design and a practical layout is a huge benefit to any real estate client.

In addition to her extensive experience, Terry is very personable, detail-oriented, patient and always has a positive outlook. She is a good listener and offers a calming effect even in a situation as stressful as purchasing a home. Terry has very high ethical standards and is driven to always do the right thing for her clients. Terry is native to Erie, living in Summit Township most of her life. She is the proud mother of one son, Weston, who lives in Nashville, TN and one daughter, Leanne, who lives in Ocala, FL. She presently lives in Summit with her fiancé, Mark. When not helping others in the world of real estate, she can be found helping people in need of food at the Summit Community Food Pantry where she serves as the Director. A few of her favorite activities are spending time with her family, traveling, hiking in State and National Parks, swimming, reading and practicing yoga.

After the COVID situation is under control, she hopes to visit the towns of her children and travel to see the Sequoias.
