Kelsey is an Erie native but spent her childhood in North Carolina where her interest in design and real estate began at an early age. Kelsey obtained a degree in interior design from Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, NC and subsequently pursued a career that enabled her to pair her love for design with her passion for real estate. In addition to her education and inherent eye for design, Kelsey is knowledgeable in tile and flooring, and she is also a seasoned design consultant.     

Kelsey is proud to be a licensed REALTOR® in Erie and excited to be a part of the Marsha Marsh Real Estate Services team. She is very detail oriented, honest and exudes confidence and enthusiasm. Kelsey is committed to striking the balance of understanding her clients’ needs and desires while working within their budget.

While Kelsey represents all types of real estate, her focus is on new and newer residential construction along with her special knack for prestigious neighborhoods where design plays a greater role in the overall home buying and selling experience.

Kelsey resides in Erie with her husband Robbie and their young daughter, Avalyne. She loves being a mom and takes great joy teaching her daughter new things and spending quality time with family. In addition, Kelsey is a dedicated and active member of her church.

She also enjoys the outdoors, traveling, shopping and reading trending topics for design and real estate. Kelsey has been known to repurpose old furniture or fixtures into updated, stylish and functional pieces for her home.

Through her experience, passion for design and creative eye, Kelsey helps her clients to visualize more than just bricks and mortar. “I offer inspirational ideas for interior room design as well as exterior enhancements and can point out features that some clients may not readily see. It’s my pleasure to get to know my clients and understand their lifestyles so I can guide them to the home of their dreams!”
