While some real estate agents take a transactional approach to sales—identifying clients, closing a deal then moving on to the next one, Nanci chooses not to work that way. She believes that her clients deserve more from the professional they decide to work with. That is why she works by largely by referral. Since her primary source of new business is referrals from people who know and trust her, she doesn't have to spend precious time prospecting and promoting herself. Instead she can dedicate herself fully to the activities that benefit her clients the most and always deliver truly exceptional service.
 
Nanci and her husband Pat have a son, Brian, who lives in Chicago. She is actively involved in her church and Erie Together. She is an Erie Ambassador and serves on the board of Preservation Erie and is a budget coach for Habitat for Humanity. When she has free time, she enjoys gardening, cycling, photography and abstract and landscape painting.
 
Nanci finds it very rewarding to hand the keys to someone who is buying their first home…or their dream home. She also gets the same enjoyment knowing she played an integral role in getting a home sold for her clients.
