Linda is a licensed REALTOR® and Associate Broker. She attributes her 26 plus years of real estate success to the personalized attention she provides her clients. Linda believes in nurturing client relationships through patience, communication and working through problems to attain a viable solution for everyone involved.

Prior to her career in real estate, Linda worked in direct and retail sales. This experience helped define the high level of service, integrity and professionalism that she now strives for today. Linda believes in continually advancing her career through education, keeping up with industry changes and advances in technology.

Linda remembers how overwhelming and complicated the home buying process can be. With the myriad of details and requirements relating to each transaction, Linda applies her excellent organizational skills and knowledge of market trends to minimize difficulties and make each transaction as smooth as possible.

As a native of Erie, Linda is a champion of all the wonderful things Northwest Pennsylvania has to offer from a wide range of real estate opportunities and reasonably priced homes to picturesque landscapes and an overall wonderful place to raise a family.

Linda loves her hometown and is a strong believer in being involved in your community. She is an active member of the Greater Erie Board of Realtors (GEBOR) where she has served on the Board of Directors and on the Finance and Education Committees. She also volunteers her time with various non-profit organizations and is a big supporter of the arts in Erie.

Linda has two grown sons, one living in California and the other in Seattle. She is also the proud grandmother of 11 year old Addy and 4 year old Dallas. Spending precious “grandma time” with Addy and Dallas is a priority in Linda’s life. She enjoys working in her garden, taking tap and ballet classes at Long’s School of Dance, reading a variety of books and being involved in her church. Linda also enjoys attending local arts events, as well as taking Addy to see many local theatre productions. Visits to California to see Dallas are the highlight of her summer.
