Greg Marsh is a founding father, literally . . . of Marsha Marsh Team Realty and his two sons Laban and Levi. Greg watched his wife, Marsha establish a successful real estate business and soon found himself being recruited to assist in a wide variety of roles. Before long, it was apparent that Greg’s time and talent was needed to a much greater degree. He made the decision to retire from his full-time career as a purchasing agent at a local manufacturing company to devote his efforts into building a successful family business.

Greg earned his real estate license but primarily functions as a transaction coordinator in addition to being an invaluable “multi-task guy”. When not donning a camera, Greg places and removes signs, makes appointments for other agents and is readily available as a handyman if a client has a problem in their home and doesn’t know who to call. In short, he does whatever necessary to complete the transaction or as Greg would say, “someone has to do the dirty work”.

Often referred to as Marsha’s husband or Laban and Levi’s dad, Greg appreciates family as the driving force in the Marsha Marsh Real Estate Services identity. Greg also believes in honesty, dedication, hard work and humor as an important part of daily life and the key components to a successful business.

In addition to being devoted to his family and career, Greg is a man of strong faith. He serves on the board of elders at the First Alliance Church of Erie and is always willing, ready and able to help his fellow man.

His calm and forgiving nature is appreciated by all that know him but particularly by his family, friends and fellow agents who know they can always count on him to go that extra mile to get the job done.
