Dawn has been a licensed REALTOR® for more than 20 years and carries distinctions as an REALTOR®, ABR, CDPE & 203k Specialist.

She is a graduate of McDowell High School and the Erie School District’s Practical Nursing Program. After completing the program, Dawn worked as a LPN in Erie for 18 years. She later shifted gears and joined the fast paced and challenging real estate industry.

After working for two notable real estate agencies in the Erie area, Dawn is delighted to be a member of Marsha Marsh Real Estate Services. She is looking forward to expanding her career with one of the most dynamic and well recognized real estate companies in the market today.

Dawn is particularly successful when it comes to buying or selling prestigious neighborhood properties, new construction, condominiums, vacant land and residential properties. She is also well versed in investment properties.

Throughout her distinguished career, Dawn has received various accolades. In 2002, she was recognized as Rookie of the Year. She has been a member of the Executive Club since 2002 and in 2008 she received the award for Most Improved Sales Volume. Dawn has been the recipient of an award in consecutive years since joining Marsha Marsh Real Estate Services. Dawn is also a consistent multi-million dollar producer.

Dawn has two adult sons and is proud to have three beautiful granddaughters. In addition to her dedication to family life, Dawn takes great pride in community involvement and volunteerism. She is very active with the McKean JETS Youth Football organization, the local VFW, the local Lions Club, the McKean Snowriders and General McLane Athletic Boosters. She also volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, Children’s Miracle Network, American Cancer Society Daffodil Days and she previously spent 10 years as a member of the McKean Borough Council.

When her busy schedule permits Dawn enjoys spending time with her Labrador dog, swimming, reading, walking and bicycling.
